We are available to help at all times! Keep in mind, we do not guarantee appropriate response times if you message us via SnapChat or Facebook or Instagram as those inboxes are not continuously monitored. We cannot accept booking requests or changes to any bookings unless it is done via Email or Phone or Text for security reasons.
Our Lobby hours are as below, our lobby will be closed outside of those hours. Although we are staffed around the clock, year round. We do not allow pick-ups or drop-offs out of our lobby hours in order not to disrupt our guests. If special circumstances arise, we may be able to make exceptions, a convenience fee of $50/pet will apply.

Monday - Friday: 6AM - 7PM
Saturday: 8AM - 6PM
Sunday: 10AM-11AM and 4PM - 6PM
Statutory Holidays: 4PM - 6PM
